Do Follow blogs tell the search engines to follow the link left along with the comment. NoFollow blogs, on the other hand, tell the search engines NOT to follow the link that is left with that comment. In other words, with the former, you can get link juice in the form of backlinks; in no follow blogs, you don’t.

The plus side of the dot ORG option is that you have total control. For the newbie WordPress may seem to be a little intimidating. However, because there are so many users, you can find help on hundreds upon hundreds of support sites and forums should you encounter a problem. If you can send emails, use a word processor and use Facebook, you have enough skills to create and maintain a site with WordPress – it’s that easy. Don’t let the little voice in your head tell you that you are not good enough!
Next, choose a free blogging platform like WordPress or Blogger. I have had great success with the wordpress platform and can recommend it from personal experience. Make sure you use the ORG version of WordPress, not the COM version. They are both free, but the ORG version is much more robust and flexible. Whichever platform you choose, it is the framework that your blog will be created on.
Once you have done this, write down an opening sentence for each of these posts, because now the topics are really fresh in your mind and you listed them thus you know you have something to say about them. If you skip this step you will subconsciously increase overwhelm, because you are telling yourself that this is something important you need to remember later. If you write it down right away, your mind gets at ease.
